What is Journeys' refund and exchange policy?
Journeys Canada allows returns or exchanges within 60 days of purchase for merchandise in new condition, with original packaging and valid proof of purchase (receipt or online confirmation). Shipping charges are not refundable.
For orders placed before April 1, 2026, the return policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply. These orders may be returned or exchanged within 365 days of the original purchase date, as long as all other return policy requirements are met. Orders placed on or after April 1, 2026 are eligible for return or exchange within 60 days of the original purchase date.
In-store: Bring your item(s) and proof of purchase to any Journeys Canada store. Use our Store Locator to find a location near you.
By mail: Ship your return using the carrier of your choice, along with a completed Return/Exchange Form, to:
